2.) Micro Nutrients
  • 12 Vitamins
  • Trace Minerals
Do you know that there are two basic types of vitamins?

1.) Fat Soluble Type

          Vitamin A, D, E and K

2.) Water Soluble Type

          Vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Panthothenic Acid and biotin.

Do you know that taking vitamins will not give you "instant energy"?

1.) Vitamins comprise a vital process and working in the human body with carbohydrates, proteins and fats to supply or create energy.

2.) Only a small amount of vitamins are needed to sustain good health.

3.) About 12 vitamins needed to get this body going healthy which we get from foods and multi-vitamins supplement.

4.) We should add vitamins and minerals supplements because the food we eat may be lacking necessary nutrients for a day. This will prevent sickness and disease to come in.
